Our Estate Planning Process

Michigan Estate Planning Lawyers

Specifically Engineered for Peace of Mind during Trying Times.

We offer a virtual process to allow families across Michigan to experience peace of mind through superior legal services from an estate and elder law team featuring one of only a handful of Certified Elder Law Attorneys in all of Michigan.

Your estate planning process begins with a quick Estate Stress Test, where you answer 20 questions to help us understand what your concerns are.

From there the next step is a quick conversation with an Attorney or Retirement & Legacy Planner to ensure we are a good fit to help you meet your goals.

Then, you will be directed to our Interactive Estate Planning Module that will gather all the necessary data.

The next step will then be a 45 Minute Zoom or Phone call to go over the different planning options and design a plan.

From there, it will take our team 3 weeks to put your documents together for a virtual review and signing meeting with one of our A Team Paralegals.

Once the legal documents are signed, then we work with you to get any trusts funded, by changing beneficiaries and ownership as necessary (including real estate).
